Link-Assistant.Com Affiliate Program Policy
By participating in Link-Assistant.Com's Affiliate internet marketing, You agree with the Link-Assistant.Com Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions set forth below.
1) Unsolicited commercial email (spam)
Link-Assistant.Com in no way participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well.
2) Keywords, Pay Per Click advertising, and domain names involving Link-Assistant.Com's trademarks — company name, product names and variations thereof.
You shall not purchase search engine keywords or domain names that use Link-Assistant.Com's trademarks SEO PowerSuite, SEO SpyGlass, WebSite Auditor, Rank Tracker, LinkAssistant, Link-Assistant.Com and/or certain variations and misspellings thereof.
You shall not purchase or register keywords, Pay Per Click advertising, AdWords, search terms, domain names, or other identifying terms that include the words "SEO PowerSuite, SEO SpyGlass, WebSite Auditor, Rank Tracker, LinkAssistant, Link-Assistant.Com" or certain variations and misspellings thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service.
3) Google AdWords advertizingYou shall not run Google AdWords ad campaigns for any keywords (brand or non-brand without exception) to advertize your webpage or other pages that are purposed for promoting Link-Assistant.Com products and contain your affiliate link(s), as well as any pages that are purposed to re-direct visitors to pages that promote Link-Assistant.Com products and contain your affiliate links.
4) Product authorship and copyrights
You will not advertize any Link-Assistant.Com products as created by you, your company or any person or company other than Link-Assistant.Com.
5) Product pricing
You will not set price for Link-Assistant.Com products lower than the price currently suggested for the same products by Link-Assistant.Com on its official website at www.link-assistant.com/prices.html. No rebates or cash-back offers are allowed for you as an affiliate, as these tactics create unfair competition with Link-Assistant.Com and other affiliates.
6) Competition with the developer
Affiliate program has been introduced to foster software sales and attract new audiences to our software which otherwise would presumably not find our website. Affiliates will take efforts to direct new visitors to Link-Assistant.Com's websites but not distract traffic from the developer's websites.
Therefore affiliates are not allowed to go into direct competition with the developer on search engines, in PPC ads or on other advertising venues. Any techniques designed to re-direct traffic to an affiliate site, which otherwise would go to the developer's websites, will not be allowed. For example, advertizing discounts (unless specifically advised in an email from Link-Assistant.Com) and free downloads, using mentions of discounts in the webpage's title and meta description when a page is ranking for Link-Assistant.Com product names (words "SEO PowerSuite, SEO SpyGlass, WebSite Auditor, Rank Tracker, LinkAssistant, Link-Assistant.Com" or certain variations and misspellings thereof) and especially highlighting discounts, free downloads in capital letters will be qualified as traffic-stealing activities.
7) Measures
If Link-Assistant.Com determines that You have undertaken any of the prohibited activities put forth above, then Link-Assistant.Com will:
1 - Contact You with a notification and ask to cease activities disallowed by the Policy
2 - If agreement has not been reached upon notification, Link-Assistant.Com may pursue any or all of the following actions:
- Withhold all compensation otherwise payable to You beginning with the date on which You started the prohibited activities
- Remove You from the Link-Assistant.Com affiliate Program permanently
- Contact the search engine or other advertizing venue in which your ad was found to ask that these ads be removed immediately and permanently.
