The key is where in the sequence of adding sites is the best place to put the 'remove dupes' button
It might be best placed just before sending out emails
This way, existing link partners do not get repetitive requests
The experience on this end is that existing link partners do not like to receive repetitive link requests because everyone is so busy. If they're already linked, great

In thinking about it, might be nice to be more than a button, would be great if it were more of an automatic checker, too.
ADDING SITES
When adding sites, whether individually or importing a text list or any other method, perhaps duplicates (defined below) could be held and displayed in a separate list so that admin can view that list and decide what to do
What is a duplicate?
http://www.site.com/links.php
http://site.com/links.php
The above would be considered duplicates
However, sub-domains would not be duplicates:
http://sub1.site.com/links.php
http://sub2.site.com/links.php
The above would not be considered duplicates
At this point, the duplicate issue is the one serious issue preventing me from using LA.
Any idea when duplicate prevention will become available ?
Many thanks
