<[FULL_PATH_LINK_PLACED_ON/]> in email template not di Mon May 07, 2007 3:57 pm

Based on the standard exchange request email, I'm not seeing my link page's full URL appearing where <[FULL_PATH_LINK_PLACED_ON/]> is placed in the template (just a space):

"We've already placed a link to your web site along with a description at our site on the page, "

I have looked in all the settings dialogs and am sure that all the relevant URLS are in place where they should be.
Any suggestions as to where I might look to resolve this?

LinkAssistant
You must generate your links pages BEFORE sending emails.

So, please switch to the "Links Page" tab, click the "Generate" button, and after that you'll be able to see your link pages' full URLs instead of the <[FULL_PATH_LINK_PLACED_ON/]> tag.

Hope this helps.

I tried both simply generating the links page and generating then uploading via FTP, but the URL still does not appear in the email. It's missing from both the template preview, and the test email I generated and sent.

Sorry, this sounds very weird to me :\

Could you please send you project (an ".xch" file, zipped, if possible) to our Support Team at support@link-assistant.com -- they're very responsive, and will do theire best to find out what causes the problem ASAP.

PS: BTW, what version of LinkAssistant do you use?
