Hi,

Is there an easy way to vary the link text when link request emails are sent and also what is shown on the generated links directory?

At the moment it appears that only one anchor text phrase and link description can be used at any one time.

I believe it is good to vary the link text and description from a wide selection of relevant phrases?

Can this be setup in LinkAssistant as a list and have LA randomly choose from the list each time?

This is an excellent feature. It's not available right now, but will be in the upcoming LA 3.x.
