Firstly, let me say thanks for all the great improvements you guys have added over the past months. You guys are obviously working hard and listening to what us customers need added to the program.
That being said, here's a feature that would be helpful for most of us - and not too difficult to implement.
Currently the reporting of 'difference' in the rankings compares the current rankings with the rankings of whenever you last checked. This is somewhat helpful but can be misleading to our clients. For example, i may be working on a client's site and check his rankings a couple times through the month. And for the entire month his rankings, as a whole, are up. But since the last time I checked, the rankings have dropped a little. You see where I'm going with this? Tto my client it appears that his rankings are down, when, in fact, for the entire month, they are up.
If we could have a comparison date of 'last month' or 'last week' or even last year, that would allow us to provide our clients with some better looking improvements. _________________ Washington DC Web Design

How often do you think you'll need to switch between these 'last month'/'last week'/'last year'?
Do you think it'll be OK to place such a combo-box somewhere inside the "Preferences"? _________________ Search Engine Optimization Software

Im not sure i understand what you mean of switching between them. For my purposes i would probably just use the "difference over past 30 days" option since i send out monthly reports to my clients.
But if I get a client that wants the reports more/less frequently, it would be helpful to have different options.
It would be nice if I could have the option to add these columns to my workspace - it would help me determine more quickly if the rankings are in an upward trend, or a down trend.
You should take a look at digital point's keyword tracker: http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/ - it does a good job of showing this data and should help understand what I am suggesting. _________________ Washington DC Web Design
