I think it would be useful to have a "note field" available for each keyword.
Sometimes we make changes to special keywords and wonder how it performs over time - problem is that we have a problem to track our changes we made.

I think it would be a huge improvement if you could write a little note with date to a certain keyword. When we see that it is improving we can check what we have done month ago.

Would love to see this feature.

Oh, I see... Yes, having a "note" field available could be pretty helpful in this case.

Well, I'll pass your suggestion to the Development Team, so if there're no technical problems with this, I believe we'll see this "note" fields in one of the future versions of Rank Tracker.
