Publishing Profiles Tue Apr 15, 2008 3:17 pm

I set up a publishing profile for a report. I inadvertently mistyped the customer's email address (leaving out a single character). I was completely unable to edit this field in the publishing profile. I finally gave up on this effort and deleted the profile entirely. I then added a new profile, but the incorrect email address remained. I tried deleting every profile I had, shutting down the program and then adding a new publishing profile. Same problem!

I finally created a profile to save the report to a local pdf file (and I couldn't select a mapped network drive to save this file in!) and manually emailing the report. How can I fix this. Publishing Profiles are key to my being able to use this program. TIA for your assistance!

Publishing profile doesn't contain customer's email address. You can edit customer's email in the "Customer Profile" settings. Smile
