RankTracker fails to start

I've just purchased RankTracker and was able to get it to start once. During that time, I didn't have the registration information yet, so I skipped that portion. However, since then, I've been unable to get the application to start again. I've tried wiping it and re-installing. I've redownloaded and reinstalled too. Nothing seems to work and I consistently get this error. "Sorry, Rank Tracker can't be started."

It doesn't even let me to the registration screen. It immediately boots me out of the application after clicking OK at that error. Help!
