Hi there
I am new to SpyGlass but there seems to be a bug or I did something wrong (I guess its the second reason *gg*). I selected most german spoken sites like google germany, yahoo germany, google switzerland etc. Now if I start a new project based on keywords the scanner still searches all of the searchengines and it dures about nearly one hour.
What did I wrong?
Thanks in advance
Manuel

Hi Manuel,
if you go to Preferences -> Preferred Search Engines, you can select which search engines will be displayed and offered for your choice whenever you start any new project.
And when creating a new project, when you're offered to choose between these search engines (that's normally Step 2), you can select only some of them - by ticking the checkboxes to the left of search engines. _________________ Search Engine Optimization Software

Thanks for your fast reply. I already selected the ones I want to scan in my prefs so there is a need to do that in step 2 again? I am not at my business computer right now so I haven't SpyGlass installed...

Yes, in Preferences, you select Preferred Search Engines for all your projects (for instance if you are not ever going to check Google.br you can exclude it) - and on Step 2 you select SEs exactly for one particular project.

BTW, you can install SEO SpyGlass on both computers - and use it with the same registration data, under only one condition: that you don't run it on both computers simultaneously. _________________ Search Engine Optimization Software
