 Rank Tracker suggestion with site log files and Wordtracker

I would like to be able to pull keywords out of my the log files of my site, and check how I am ranking with those keywords that people type to find my site.
Also, I would like to see an option to use Wordtracker, so I can log in to wordtracker and see how my log file keywords rank with word tracker, and/or overture, etc.

We were not planning to add this possibility to Rank Tracker in fact. You can extract keywords from your log file with other software and then add them to Rank Tracker, as it allows to add an unlimited number of keywords.

We're woking to add this option, but as you know Wordtracker is a paid service so you should be ready that you'll need to pait to use it.

Hi,
Yes, I am aware wordtracker is a paid service, and have been using it for four years straight. To me, it is simply the best way to get competitive keywords.
In reference, to the log files analysis, I still think is a good idea, as a lot of people don't have log analysis software, and would simply connect by ftp to their site to download only keywords.
Just like you mention that wordtracker costs, log analysis software costs as well, I own one of what I consider the best log file analysis software: Absolute Log Analyzer Pro, and lets me pull keywords, and links, and anything I want out of there, but if you give me that option in Rank Tracker, you make my life/job easier which is the foundation of software development, and if you integrate this option to Rank Tracker you are making of it a much powerful tool than only ranking tracking but also specific keyword analysis based on my sites users, by allowing me to compare those keywords in logs using the current options you offer or Wordtracker when it becomes available.
I hope I get to convince you somehow.

You're absolutely right -- the more users will vote for this feature here, the faster we'll add it.
