 change settings in a link page template

Hi,
I can't find the way of how to change certain setting in a link page template, i.e. I would like to change sorting of links.
When I started to create my template, there was a wizard, where I could set a few options, but after it's done, it seems impossible to change any of those settings.
Where can I find it?

Yaelede, first of all I'd like to thank you for answering your own question. Great job! 
You see, I've been away for a while and wasn't able to answer your questions, but I'm happy to see that you managed to find the answer.
You're absolutely right: you can change your template however you like thus making your links directory FULLY match the rest of your website. And this page of our Tutorial describing all possible meta-tags will help you to do whatever you want.
