I set up a publishing profile for a report. I inadvertently mistyped the customer's email address (leaving out a single character). I was completely unable to edit this field in the publishing profile. I finally gave up on this effort and deleted the profile entirely. I then added a new profile, but the incorrect email address remained. I tried deleting every profile I had, shutting down the program and then adding a new publishing profile. Same problem!
I finally created a profile to save the report to a local pdf file (and I couldn't select a mapped network drive to save this file in!) and manually emailing the report. How can I fix this. Publishing Profiles are key to my being able to use this program. TIA for your assistance! _________________ Sincerely,

Publishing profile doesn't contain customer's email address. You can edit customer's email in the "Customer Profile" settings.
