I see, that Rank tracker can import links from Link Assistant,

I think there should be an option to import keywords from title tags found in backlinks of competition crawled by SEO Spy Glass, and then do a keyword analysis to verify if we can optimize for any of those keywords or combination of keywords as well.

I think the following option is what you need: in Rank Tracker, one of the keyword suggestion tools called Competition Research.
If you choose this and enter keywords for which you compete, Rank Tracker will find your competitors for these keywords and analyze all their keywords standing in their meta tags.
