I emailed Seo to add ask.com as a search engine, they emailed back that the new version has it, i downloaded it and its not there.....whats going on?

Sorry, for this misunderstanding. I've contacted our support guys -- they say they've already replied you.

To repeate it here once again: unfortunately there's no way Ask.com can be added to SEO SpyGlass right now, because this search engine does not support the "link:" command, which exists in most major search engines and is responsible for providing the required backlink info.
