If you are looking at a site with over 1,000 or say 8,000 links or more for example -- I can never scan more than 1,000 even with my yahoo api key -- how can you scan those missing links in another pass. Couldn't it be that you are missing something really important. Is there a way to get a random sampling?
Love this software as I have been able to discover some hidden 'blog farms' and other interesting networks

None of search engines displays more than 1000 links - no matter if you have their API key or not. Therefore the software also extracts 1000 links max.
We keep working out a way to collect more than 1000 links.
Also, recently we added a possibility to ener links manually - for instance if you have a list of all your backlinks, say 4,000 links- and want to analyze them, you can use this option:
File -> New Project: Expert Options -> Enter Backlinks Manually...

Thank you... for the tip... So If I put them in manually, I could put more than 1,000 links in at a time?
By the way.... your team really works hard on this software and support -- Thank you. To tell you the truth, the way I can play with the data it has already given me a couple of strategic ideas on linking....

You're right, for the software itself it doesn't matter for how many links to collect data, so manually you can put in as many links as you wish.
