You can use the following information to configure Gmail with LinkAssistant mail client.

Incoming Mail Server: pop.gmail.com
Server Port: 995
Username: your Gmail username (including @gmail.com)
Password: your Gmail password
Use secure (SSL) connection: Yes

Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.gmail.com (use authentication)
Server Port: 465 or 587
Use secure (SSL) connection: Yes

Require Authentication: Yes
Use POP3 accountsettings: Yes



Besides, please pay attention to the following fact: to be able to use POP3 AT ALL, you need to login to Gmail via a Web-interface and enable POP3 by selecting "Settings" -> "Forwarding and POP", and then clicking "Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded)" OR "Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on".
