As you might already know, it's a good practice to place a link to your potential partner before asking for link exchange. Moreover, all you link partners would like to know the exact page where you link with them. This way they can verify this link and be sure you are not a cheater.
So one of your email paragraphs should be smth like this:
"We've already placed a link to your web site www.link-partner.com along with a description at [here should go the exact URL of a page on your website where they can find a link pointing to their website], which we encourage you to check for accuracy."
LinkAssistant can do this for you, but you should be careful when doing this.
So, the very first thing you must do is to GENERATE links pages. Now LinkAssistant knows where exactly link to each partner is located (as you might understand, it's impossible to guess the exact page before you generate this page).
The second step is easy - you should upload your pages to your webserver.
And now it's right time to send emails. Here LinkAssistant comes into play, providing the <[LINK_PLACED_ON/]> email template variable, which will be replaced with the exact URL of a page on your website where link partner can find a link pointing to his/her website.
So the actual email template you should use looks like:
"We've already placed a link to your web site <[PARTNER_DOMAIN/]> along with a description at <[YOUR_SITE_DOMAIN/]>/<[LINK_PLACED_ON/]>, which we encourage you to check for accuracy."
The actual letter that will be sent will have the following text:
"We've already placed a link to your web site http://www.link-partner.com along with a description at http://www.link-assistant.com/resources-business.html, which we encourage you to check for accuracy."
P.S. Do not forget to re-generate links pages BEFORE sending link exchange request (obviously, you don't have to do this in case you haven't been changing anything in your project).
