Sending Out Mail to Your Link Partners

Sending out mail to your link exchange partners is probably the second most often used feature after scanning them for compliance. After all, when you have a large list of newly acquired prospective partners, it's time to drop them a note and request a link back to your site, right? Right.

LinkAssistant makes it easy to send out hundreds of emails at a time using fully customizable templates, so your messages look professional and personalized.

To invoke the email client, simply select the partners you need to email and then choose Tools –> Send Email to Partners from the menu, or just hit Ctrl + M.

After that LinkAssistant shows you the "Send Mail" window.

Take a look at the right-hand upper corner - it has a nifty dropdown entitled Mail Template and contains several all-purpose templates you can use to jump-start your mass mailing.

If you select a link partner with your mouse, the preview pane now shows an automagically generated, personalized message. If you have filled in the partner details correctly, you are all set. Just select the link partners you need, and then click the Send Mail button. If you need to proofread the emails later click the Store in Outbox button.

Or Put Them Into Outbox And Send Later

The mails to selected link partners will then be accessible through the Mail tab. Done!
