You can quickly switch between the sections by clicking the corresponding tabs or pressing the hot-keys: Alt + 1 (Keywords), Alt + 2 (Report) and Alt + 3 (Page Elements).
Keyword Table
In this section you can see all the keywords that WebSite Auditor managed to find on the webpage you've selected for content optimization. Basically, these are all words and phrases found across your content except for the stop words which are irrelevant to the search engines.
By default you'll only see single-word keywords, but you can quickly switch to the multi-word keywords view or get a list of all keywords by selecting the corresponding Workspace.
You can also create a custom workspace where you can choose what kind of keywords and data to display.
Apart from the workspaces you can quickly sort out certain keywords with the help of the Quick Filter.
Next to each keyword you'll see a number of other columns with various statistics such as the density of that keyword in the title, meta-descriptions, H1-H6 headings and other SEO related elements. For your convenience the stats are given in both numbers and percentage. The Score column shows how well your page is optimized for that keyword. Like in any game the higher the score, the better.
