Once you've placed the order on our website, you should receive an order confirmation email with the download links, instructions, and license details.
The order may be getting processed for 5-15 minutes - that's totally normal. Yet, if you haven't received the email within 30 minutes, please check on the most common reasons below:
Please check the Spam/Junk folders of your mailbox - due to corporate filters or other individual mailbox restrictions, the email may have landed there.
If that's the case, please also make sure to set your spam filter to allow all emails from the @link-assistant.com domain, to prevent any further concerns.
Upon paying with a credit/debit card, direct debit, or PayPal, you may be required to pass an additional verification or 3d secure step. Kindly check your email (including Spam/Junk) for any verification inquiries from 2Checkout (our payment processor) or PayPal, or make sure to pass the 3d secure authentication for the order to get processed.
If you've used Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer to get a proforma invoice, and have submitted the payment through your local bank, it would normally take up to 15 business days for our payment processor to receive the funds and process the order. In this case, you'll receive the license details once the order is fully processed.
To speed things up, you can submit your payment confirmation/receipt to our Customer Care team as soon as you get it from your bank. We'll forward it to our payment processor - this can help to locate the payment faster and finalize your order in a matter of hours.
If none of the above reasons apply, and you still haven't received the confirmation email, make sure to contact our Customer Care team for further investigation.
