Hi) Switch to the Report tab - you should see a dropdown menu listing report templates on the right. There are two new templates there: Link Building Report and Link Partner Management Report.

Did you download from the link provided in this blog post? Or just used the usual links? The beta version is a separate download. As soon as you install the BETA version, you will see the new reports. Everyone can see them, so there's no way you can miss them. Please use the corresponding link for your operating system - one of those you see above. Then switch to the Report tab. In the dropdown menu on the right, you will see new report templates.

The new reports can be found in exactly the same place as the old ones. So no one ever thought a video tutorial would be needed.

I think the challenge here is that you have to scroll up once you click on the reports tab then look in the right hand corner for the drop down the drop down automatically takes you to the bottom of the drop down list for options which consequently is all of the old reports. The new reports are at the top. It took me a second to figure it out too. I hope that helps.

Please download SEO PowerSuite using one of the links provided above, in this blog post, and reinstall the software. Then in Rank Tracker, switch to the Report tab. You should see a dropdown menu in the top right corner. In this menu you will see your old templates, as well as the new ones. Switch between the templates in the dropdown menu to see what the reports look like.

Becasue its beta - will i have to switch back to the other version when its out of beta or will the beta chain just update as normal etc in future?

Most likely, the software will update so the stable version automaticaly. If not, then you will need to manually reinstall the software only once.

Looks good, BUT, are the graph periods adjustable? Take the "Keyword Rankings and Visibility Report", looking at the "Visibility in Search Engines: Total" graph I only see the last 4 weeks.

Compare against original Visibility Score (see pic attached) and it's obvious which clients should see, so they get a true picture of the fantastic job I do for them....

I've installed the new reports in Rank Tracker, and I see I can create 4 new reports, but are you planning on creating Historical Data and Rankings Overview reports using the new look?

There are 6 new reports that you already have by default. If you go to the Report tab and choose the one called "Keyword Rankings and Visibility Report" from the dropdown menu on the right - it will look nearly the same as the "Rankings Overview" report.

Also, when creating new report templates through the wizard, you can choose which sections to include. By disabling the sections you don't need you can create a report that will contain only the summary of data.

As for the Historical Data report, actually we didn't expect anyone would need it any more. But since you're asking, we'll add the history report soon.

I cannot send reports via email with this new beta release. The normal version works fine but this new beta release maybe has abug in emailing reports?

there shouldn't be any problem with sending these reports via email. If the problem persists, please make another attempt to send the reports and choose Help -> Send Project to Support immediately after that. Our support team will handle the issue then.

Historical and adjustable timeline graphs very very much needed. It is essential to show SEO progression over time, especially in client meeting. Im amazed this feature has been removed or limited. The new reports look good and overall its a great software, but it REALLY needs to show much more about the timeline.

Another issue is sending reports to Gmail email accounts. I get error messages for the port used. Please advice.
