Managing Reports

LinkAssistant offers a set of customizable report templates that can be saved as HTML or PDF files and delivered to clients via e-mail, as a shareable link, or uploaded to an FTP server.

How to edit report templates

The report template customization process is identical in all SEO PowerSuite tools. To brand a report (in Enterprise version), сlick on the Star icon and fill out your Company Profile. To create a new template, click the Plus button.

To edit an existing template, hit the Edit button next to the report template (it will appear once you hover the mouse pointer over the template).

This will open the report template edit menu. The left side of the report template contains the list of widgets that can be added to the current template.

Hit the Plus button next to the widget you want to add, and it will be added to the report template.

At the top right, you can access general report settings (localization, filtering by Tags, etc). The main website thumbnail is taken from Domain Strength module and can be updated there (upon hovering) - it will appear in reports as well.

Once the widget is added to the report template, it is also possible to edit and customize it: select types of data to be displayed in that widget, apply filtering conditions, and do other types of customizations.
